Utilizing its proprietary integrated C1 technology, Dyadic works with its partners to discover new biomaterials; accelerate product development; develop new products; improve production yields; lower costs and reduce waste; enhance the quality of end products; enhance the intellectual property position of its partners’ gene discoveries and gene products; and manufacture biological products.

The business relationship with Dyadic can cover all aspects of the process from gene and protein discovery to commercial scale manufacturing for a partner, or just any one aspect of this R&D and commercialization process. (view diagram)

Partnerships can take any appropriate form, including but not limited to:
- Funded R&D with license for commercial rights for resulting products (with or without Dyadic manufacturing products for the partner)
- Joint ventures in defined fields for discovering, developing, manufacturing and commercializing products emanating from the application of Dyadic’s integrated C1 high throughput robotic screening and protein expression systems

Dyadic is developing functional biomolecule libraries for other companies to access – under suitable business arrangements – to screen for products of commercial value. When desired by a business partner, Dyadic will screen microorganisms and other diverse biological sources for novel eukaryotic genes and proteins of commercial value.

Some of the industries expected to benefit most from collaborations with Dyadic for eukaryotic gene discovery and expression include the pharmaceutical, agriculture and food product, chemical and fiber, diagnostic, health and beauty aid, and animal health and feed industries.
